A huge lineup of omen and non-binary people came to share poetry at the Poetry Not Luxury Women’s Open Mic, hosted by Gabriela Falzon.

The event also featured Merlinda Bobis, Melinda Smith, and GWEN, Canberra’s very own 5-piece poetry band, who performed their delicately arranged and emotionally-charged folk songs based on Gwen Harwood's poetry.
